What is Brow Lamination?

Brow lamination is a cosmetic treatment designed to enhance the appearance of your eyebrows by restructuring brow hairs to keep them in a desired shape. The treatment involves the application of a chemical solution that straightens and sets the brows, giving them a fuller, more defined look. Results typically last 4 to 6 weeks depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and post-treatment care.

Pre-Treatment Instructions

To ensure the best outcome from your brow lamination treatment, please follow these pre-care instructions:

• Avoid wearing eye makeup or remove it prior to your appointment.
• Have your brows shaped no less than 2 days before your appointment. Do not wax your brows within 24 hours of the treatment.
• Notify your aesthetician if you’ve experienced irritation from past eyelash or brow procedures, or any skincare products.
• Reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following contraindications: recent use of retinol, microblading or permanent makeup, chemotherapy, sensitive eyes or skin, recent facial surgery, facial skin infections, eye infections, styes, cysts, or claustrophobia.

Post-Treatment Instructions

After your brow lamination, please follow the care instructions below to protect your results and avoid irritation:

• Redness and mild swelling are normal; contact the salon immediately if blisters or skin drainage occur.
• Avoid getting water on your brows for the first 24 hours.
• Gently brush brows daily using a clean, dry mascara spoolie (available upon request).
• Do not trim your brows, as over-trimming can affect the result.
• Do not apply Latisse, brow serums, creams, or makeup for 48 hours post-treatment.
• Avoid using retinol or any irritating skincare products for at least 72 hours after your procedure.

What to Expect

• Brow lamination results can last 4 to 6 weeks.
• Some clients may notice dark or light spots in the treated area.
• Avoid plucking hairs between appointments to maintain shape and symmetry.
• Outcomes may vary from person to person depending on individual hair growth and skin type.
